Pest Control Technician

£32,554.08 – £35,475.60

Inoculand Ltd was founded in 2008 and we now cover the whole of London and M25 area. We cover all aspects of pest control. And more particularly, we carry out a high standard of mouse proofing/exclusion work and heat treatment. The job involves attending residential clients, commercial premises and block management contracts. The position will also require the occasional working at height/long ladders, drain work/1-valve, bird spikes, and netting.

Job Details

The salary is £32,554.08 – £35,475.60 depending on qualifications and experience. The successful candidate will work 40 hours per week, on a daytime 8 hours shift basis. The technicians have a choice between MONDAY-FRIDAY or TUESDAY-SATURDAY. Overtime is available at time and a half.

Job Description

For the pest control jobs in London, Inoculand Ltd is looking for experienced technicians to:

– Deliver a quality inspection and treatment service to exceed customer expectations and specifications.

– Provide customers with written evidence of service delivered and advice for maintaining pest-free conditions.

– Apply pesticides in accordance with label recommendations and comply with relevant legislation.

– Carry out proofing for rodent and/or avian management (wire, spikes, and netting).

– Accurately submit reports and other related paperwork as required at specified time intervals.

– Any other “ad hoc” duties as required by the needs of the business

The Ideal Candidate:

– RSPH Level 2 Certificate in Pest Management

– Full, valid UK/EU driving license

– Carry out effective communication Via App and Verbally

– Punctual

– Ability to work on your own initiative

– self-motivate

– work as an individual and as an effective member of a team

– Trustworthy
