An excellent experience with Inoculand and I highly recommend them. You won't find a more dedicated and enthusiastic beg bug technician than Daniel, and his team are equally friendly and informed. I've had a persistent beg bug problem over a number of years, and tried several of the leading beg bug treatment companies. They didn't have the time, the knowledge, or level of service of Inoculand.
I spent over £860 on moth treatment that has not worked after 24 days, despite the website stating it is "one day, 100% full eradication guaranteed." I would not recommend employing Innoculand. They are not punctual or reliable, are hard to contact by phone, and completion of their supposedly top of the range heat treatment has not even dented the moth infestation in my home.
I have clothes moths in my small 2 bedroom flat. I arranged for Innoculand to do a heat treatment in early August, which is supposedly the most effective (and thus the most expensive) moth treatment. The heat treatment is supposed to kill clothes moths in every stage of development (i.e. including eggs and larvae), i.e. the property will be moth free afterwards. It also includes a pesticide spray afterwards and followup visit for pesticide spray 2 weeks later. I paid them £864.
The heat treatment required a full day of preparation moving furniture away from walls, moving electronics, removing valuable items etc. I was then required to leave my house for a full 9 hours while the heat treatment and a pesticide spray occurred. It then took over 5 hours to move everything back into place afterwards. In short, it was a huge hassle as well as being very expensive.
Immediately after the heat treatment there was a surge in clothes moths, which were fluttering all over the flat. Pheromone traps caught over 20 male moths in about a week. My partner killed six moths with his hands in a single evening, because they were fluttering around the lamps where we were sitting.
Innoculand returned to do a followup pesticide spray 2 weeks later (mid August). They were scheduled to arrive at 9am but failed to arrive. When I called them I was told they had rescheduled the visit for 11am without bothering to inform me. They then arrived at 11am, leading to a whole morning of missed work. The team who eventually arrived said a followup heat treatment would likely be needed given the surge in moths. When we returned the flat smelled strongly of pesticides and no windows were left open to ventilate it. I then opened all the windows, but still awoke that night with red, stinging eyes from the chemicals (I have never had stinging eyes like that before).
It is now almost 2 weeks since the pesticide spray and the house is still full of clothes moths. We placed new pheromone traps after the last pesticide spray, which have caught more than a dozen moths in the past week. The clothes moths are still annoying us by fluttering around the lamplit areas in the evenings. It therefore seems clear that both the heat treatment and followup pesticide spray have failed.
I have contacted Innoculand twice by phone and once by email to make it clear that the treatments have not worked and they will need to re-treat until the moth infestation is gone. At this point Innoculand seem to be trying to evade any responsibility. They have still not confirmed if they will be returning to provide more moth treatment, let alone confirming a date or time or explaining what treatment would be provided. I have explained repeatedly that I am moving house shortly and that the moths need to be completely exterminated before then (to prevent them moving into the carpet at the new flat), but Innoculand show no sign of listening.
I would not recommend employing Innoculand. I am starting to fear that I will need to take Innoculand to court to get either a refund or services that actually kill the moths.
Daniel does not live in the UK so he could of never visited anyone he lives in Spain as his wife had to move.
This company are cow boys!
There work is atrocious.
154 Inc VAT got refunded 129 as bait was put down wrong after 8 days mice had eaten no bait.
Another team member came to be told bait was put down wrong and mice entrance point wasn't located.
They decided to proof the property which I can supply pics which is a horrifying bodge job attached to my brand new kitchen.
This company are cowboys
Daniel has been great from start to finish, making himself available outside normal hours and doing a great job, always trying to go step by step rather than pushing for the most expensive solution straight away. Very professional.
Amazing Team and Great Service. We use Inoculand on all of our properties and have never looked back. Special thanks to Oscar and Daniel for helping us out of some of the toughest situations. I would recommend Inoculand to anyone with a pest issue in the London area.
